About Us

Hiawatha Chef Supply is the area's leading chef supply company, it was founded in Escanaba Michigan back in 1955, and we are celebrating our 70th year in operation. “We have a great team here at Hiawatha, our longevity is due largely to them, as well as to our customers and suppliers, and to the support of the community as a whole.” says Hiawatha Chef Supply's Owner. The company furnishes foodservice equipment and supplies to thousands of businesses, schools and organizations in the Upper Peninsula and Wisconsin. We have two locations: Escanaba MI and Appleton WI. Both locations have a showroom that is open for everyone to shop at!
